What payment methods does screen batch accept?
Payments are accepted through PayPal, which includes a credit card option. PayPal membership is not required to process payments.
Can i join screen batch if i live outside of Australia?
No, sorry, at this stage Screen Batch benefits and shipments are only for residents within Australia.
can I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP PREFERENCES, SUCH AS EMAIL ADDRESS, GENRES AND PREFERRED CINEMAS?
Yep, not a problem! Simply refill the JOIN US form right HERE and be sure to tick the ‘Update Needed’ box located beneath the Name section. You must fill out the complete form again, but there’s no need to pay again!

WHAT IS SCREEN BATCH'S mEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?
Membership cancellations and refunds are able to be requested prior to your next Screen Batch mystery box being delivered.
Used months (any month/s that you have already received a package) cannot be refunded as products and benefits have already been provided.
If you wish to receive a refund before the arrival of your first package, you must contact us within 7 days of your initial payment.
Refunds of periods in 3 months or 6 months memberships are provided with used months removed at full price $40.
For example: if you have joined for 6 months ($200) and would like to cancel membership after the first month, the first month will be deducted at $40 and you will be refunded $160.

can i pick specific items to appear in my screen batch box?
Part of the mystery box service… is the mystery! The options you choose in the sign up form ensures that – where we can – we try our best to pick products and content that best aligns with your screen tastes. 🙂
